How do I track my order?

You can track your order with the shipping confirmation email you receive after your order is shipped, which contains a tracking number. You can track your package at www.UPS.com.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is completed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, updated (to add/remove items) or changed. Please view our Return & Exchange policy for additional information.

What payment method can I use?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

I forgot to apply my coupon.

Promotional discounts are to be applied at the time of order placement and cannot be applied when orders are already placed.

The price has just been lowered because of a discount or coupon. Am I able to get a price adjustment?

We are only able to price match orders that were bought 24 hours before the price change occurred. Only items bought at full price are eligible for price adjustments.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Yes, the data is SSL-encrypted and PCI compliant with the PCI Data Security standards for all major credit cards. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

What size are newborn clothes?

The weight for newborn clothes is 6-9 pounds, and the height is about 21.5 inches.

How long are babies in newborn clothes?

This will all depend on how fast your newborn grows, and you likely can get 8-10 weeks before they grow out of them. If you want to pinch a few pennies you can buy outfits in the next size, which is 3-6 months. Chances are good that your baby can wear them before they are 3 months, simply roll up long sleeves and pants if they are a bit too big.

How to wash newborn clothes for the first time?

Sort your little one's clothes by colors and then secure buttons, snaps and other fasteners.
Next, turn the garments inside out and place them in the washing machine.
Wash small clothing items like baby socks and bibs in a mesh bag to avoid losing them.
Choose a gentle detergent that won't irritate you baby's skin or eyes.
Follow the instructions on the care label to wash and dry your baby's clothes.

What does the T mean in children's clothing?

When you see this on a clothing tag, it means the size is meant for children who are older than 12 months old, and up to about age three. The "T" in 2T and 6T stands for toddler, and the number before the T is an estimation of their age. For instance, an average-sized two-year-old child will likely fit into a 2T.

Another important takeaway here is that T sizes fit slimmer than infant clothes that are based on by-month sizes such as 24 months.

What is 6x in children's clothing?

A 6X is not available for young boys, and it is a true size that lies between a size 6 and a size 7. It is an inch larger than a size 6 and an inch smaller than a size 7. It's also about 2 inches longer than a size 6. Family lifepack does not currently carry the 6X size.
